Linda Pedersen is a real estate investor, developer, and entrepreneur with more than 12 years of hands-on experience — from remodeling homes, building tear-down new builds, and relocating houses, to developing and operating an 80-site RV park and now a 260-site expansion. She has completed over 100 residential real estate transactions and leads multiple large-scale commercial projects with excellence and integrity.

For the past decade, Linda has also been a passionate educator in the real estate space, teaching and mentoring investors through workshops, meetups, trainings, and speaking engagements — impacting more than 10,000 lives along the way.

Since 2014, she has hosted one of the most impactful real estate meetups in Central Texas, running over 200 live events that have helped aspiring and experienced investors find deals, build partnerships, and gain the confidence to take action.

A mother, veteran, serial entrepreneur, and first-generation immigrant, Linda leads with strong faith, purpose, and a deep desire to help others rise.
